    La table de Saint Roux values "homemade", conviviality and gourmet food with comforting dishes, vegetables from the garden and wines from the estate.

    Discover responsible Provençal-style cuisine with a single concept: from garden to plate.

    The Chef and his team find their inspiration in the vegetables from the garden to create daily menus and an à la carte selection, featuring simple dishes that respect the ingredients. Each month, they work around a theme highlighting regional and seasonal dishes.

    La Table de Saint-Roux is also an invitation to discover the many facets of our estate: find a selection of cheeses from the Lorgues Cheese Factory. Enjoy the wood-fired breads, prepared daily by our artisan baker.
