Notre restaurant et l'inspiration culinaire provençale sont portés et accompagnés par Mathias Dandine, chef étoilé, véritable partenariat inscrit dans le temps. L'exécution quotidienne est assumée par le chef Romain Bonhomme accompagné de Ornella Gaudefroy.
