Restaurant of the Courtade wine estate, accessible to all visitors of the Carmignac Foundation, from Tuesday to Sunday.

In the garden of Villa Carmignac, in the shade of the pine trees, the restaurant Le Poisson Ivre welcomes visitors every day it is open for lunch and on Friday and Saturday evenings during the summer. Chef Hugo Mancel offers refined local cuisine accompanied by a wine list featuring wines from the La Courtade estate, a vineyard adjacent to Villa Carmignac.

The L'Oliveraie refreshment stand
Among the olive trees, a light catering offer is presented by Chef Hugo Mancel for a quick lunch or a break after visiting the exhibition.
During the summer, from Tuesday to Sunday, 12pm-4pm. No reservation required. Also, open-air cinema on Thursday evenings.

For visitors to Villa Carmignac: Le Poisson Ivre bistronomic restaurant (service until 2:30 pm), Le Poisson Ivre food truck (service until 5 pm and on Thursdays during "movie nights" from 5 pm to 9 pm). In July and August, every Saturday evening from 7 pm to 10:30 pm, Le Poisson Ivre offers its immersive and gastronomic menu to everyone (reservations required).
