Proud of our regional heritage and the richness it offers, we have cultivated a network of local partners in order to offer you 100% homemade and local cuisine.
Our fruits and vegetables come exclusively from our region (Hyères, La Moutonne) and are selected according to the seasons.
Our fish is caught in the Mediterranean by our fishermen from Mourillon, Hyères, and Carqueiranne. Our meat also comes from the region, particularly the Haut-Var. Therefore, our menu is constantly evolving, adapting to the products our producers offer us. Our chef showcases creative, original, and vibrant cuisine, putting his heart and soul into delighting you.
Our restaurant is ready to welcome you, but if you cannot stay for lunch with us, we offer a multitude of takeaway dishes that will delight you just as much.
Finally, we can assist you with all your private events, either in our restaurant which can be privatized for the occasion, or outdoors.
