The exhibition offers you a journey around the olive: you will discover the workstations and listen to a miller talk about his daily know-how.
Testimonies and anecdotes will follow one another throughout the visit.

Finally, nestled at the back of the mill, you will discover a small room dedicated to the recreation of an olive harvesting scene.

In addition, an exhibition of photos of former millers from Pontevès immerses the visitor in the atmosphere of a mill that was in operation several years ago.
