Cet atelier est une initiation aux accords entre les chocolats d'exceptions de la Chocolaterie Mathieu Taborcia et les vins* prestigieux vinifiés aux domaines Famille Audibert.
« Le Château de Calavon vous invite à une expérience œnotouristique inédite où se marient vins prestigieux et chocolats d’exception. Cette rencontre entre héritage viticole et délices gustatifs se déroule dans le cadre familial chargé d’histoire et d’authenticité.
Les vins biologiques du domaine, sélectionné avec soin, sont assortis à une gamme de chocolats 100 % origine (Brésil, Vietnam, Colombie, etc…), conçus par Mathieu TABORCIA, artisan pâtissier, chocolatier et torréfacteur. Découvrez cette fusion lors d’une dégustation dans notre chai de vinification du XVIIe siècle, pour une exploration sensorielle guidée.
A partir de 2 personnes et sur réservation, 50€/personne, durée approximative +/-1h.
