Nature canoe trip on the Argens river

In the heart of the Natura 2000 area of the Rocher de Roquebrune, protected for its rich and wild fauna and flora, navigate in the company of the naturalists of the S'PECE association and travel in this environment full of life and surprises.

Among the migratory and nesting birds (bee-eaters, kingfishers, herons, kites…), reptiles (water turtles…), fish and insects, and of course the riparian flora, you will observe a rich and diverse natural heritage thanks to this guided nature canoe trip. Famous for its "Rock" with red cliffs, the route will offer you a moment full of wonder and discovery.

Things to know to prepare for your outing:
From age 7 and up, an easy and accessible course for everyone
> Know how to swim 25 meters
> Bring a picnic lunch (duration 4 hours)

Please bring: sun protection (cream, hat, sunglasses), swimwear (swimsuit, towel, water shoes), closed shoes (mandatory), change of clothes (a shower is available)

We provide one container for belongings per canoe. Please note that the containers cannot be guaranteed to be watertight at 100%, so do not bring valuables (phone, wallets, jewelry, etc.); bring additional protection.
La Base du Rocher declines all responsibility for any damage to your personal belongings.

In case of bad weather, the management reserves the right to cancel the outing for your safety.
