An immersion in the heart of the Provençal vineyards!

Located in the heart of a vineyard surrounded by the Maures hills, the Château la Tour de l'Évêque invites visitors to discover its history, its terroir and its know-how.

Owned by the Sumeire family since 1958, the estate cultivates its vines according to the principles of organic farming. The Château philosophy is based on meticulous attention to the vine and the terroir, from grape cultivation to winemaking.

• Wine and olive oil tasting:
For a discovery in complete freedom, visit the cellar to taste the wines of Château and also discover its olive oil.
An opportunity to discover the different vintages of the estate, including the famous Pétale de Rose, as well as the Sainte-Anne and Tour de l'Évêque ranges.

• Guided tour of the cellar:
Want to delve deeper into the discovery? Book a guided tour of the cellar accompanied by a professional in the field.
After a presentation of Château and its history, discover the stages of winemaking and the secrets of wine production before concluding with a guided tasting of the complete range.
The visit is offered by reservation and is not available during the harvest period, from August 15th to September 15th.

• Your experience can be enhanced with a cheese board, an additional glass or a bottle, upon reservation.

• The estate also offers a picnic in the vineyards, with a gourmet basket and the possibility of exploring the estate on foot or by bicycle. Bicycles are not provided.

The Château la Tour de l'Évêque also welcomes groups wishing to combine vineyard discovery, tasting and gastronomy.
After the tour and wine tasting at the estate, several dining options can complement the experience:

• Cheese board: an assortment of cheeses accompanied by bread and garnishes.
• Light lunch: a light lunch with local flavors consisting of cured meats, cheeses, spreads, olives and breads.
• Gourmet lunch: a more generous option featuring local produce, complemented by seasonal fruit or a dessert of the moment.
