Explore the diversity of expressions of wines from the Coeur du Var destination, vineyards of Provence, during a food and wine pairing around the chestnut of the Maures.

Enjoy an authentic experience in the vaulted hall of the Convers' refectory within Thoronet Abbey.
Guided by Sonia Ferchaud, an expert in Provence wines, participate, for the duration of a workshop, in an original food and wine pairing tasting between Côtes de Provence wines and dishes prepared by a chef using chestnuts from the Massif des Maures in the villages of Gonfaron, Pignans or Les Mayons, sourced from producers in the Cœur du Var destination labeled Vignobles & Découvertes.

You will also be able to visit the abbey on this occasion and admire this masterpiece of Romanesque architecture with its magnificent simplicity which perfectly illustrates the Cistercian rule.
