During this tasting experience, Château in Chausse offers you a friendly and interactive moment, ideal for curious wine lovers, epicureans in search of authentic emotions or anyone wishing to experience a moment of sharing.
In the privacy of our tasting room, let yourself be guided... imagine that wine and cheese meet. Sometimes they speak the same language, sometimes they complement each other, but they can also clash.
Through three of the estate's iconic wines – white, rosé, and red – explore, glass in hand, the most harmonious and even the most unexpected pairings with a selection of mature cheeses. Through these comparative tastings and convivial discussions, challenge preconceived notions and refine your palate by understanding the balance between freshness, structure, and intensity.
This workshop will be followed by a short exploratory tour of our cellars.
