About
Depuis plus de 2000 ans, le vignoble de Beaulieu s'épanouit dans le cratère de l'unique volcan de Provence.
The estate, established as a fiefdom by Henry III, has been owned by several great Provençal families and this family winemaking tradition continues.
The eight-hectare walled vineyard from which the grapes of Villa Baulieu originate is exposed to the northeast, at an altitude of four hundred meters, on a clay-limestone plot backed by basalt lava, a unique terroir.
The estate offers wine tastings and discoveries (by reservation for groups of more than 8 people), hiking in the vineyards (discovery of the vineyard, Mediterranean vegetation and the only volcano in Provence in 30 minutes of walking followed by tasting of the estate's wines).
We are an old Provençal estate whose objective is also to revitalize forgotten regional products.
Specifically, we offer Provençal almonds from Rognes and black truffles (Tuber melanosporum). From November to March, you can contact us to order truffles, and year-round you can purchase almonds in their shells or shelled.
