Draguignan

About

At the foot of Malmont hill, Draguignan is a lively and active town that reigns over a rich region planted with olive trees and vines. Its pink tiled roofs are dominated by the Clock Tower and its pretty wrought iron bell tower.

The old town is the guardian of its prestigious past: monumental porches, engraved lintels, sculpted doors, remains of ramparts, chapels, convents... all invitations to stroll.

Draguignan, the adopted homeland of Georges Clemenceau who was its deputy for a long time, has remained very attached to its traditions and Provençal culture.
