Saint Victor Church
About
The church in Trans-en-Provence is dedicated to Saint Victor; it already existed in the 13th century, surrounded by the cemetery, as was the custom.
Sunday Mass at 10:30 am
It was rebuilt in 1490 and consecrated on November 22, 1496 by Nicolas de Fiesque, Bishop of Fréjus, under the title of Notre Dame de l'Aire.
In 1536, the troops of Charles V invaded the village and burned down the church. It was rebuilt between 1536 and 1545.
