Gîte Notre Dame

A completely independent cottage nestled among the owner's organic vineyards, at the end of a 200m dirt track. The enclosed grounds of approximately 110m² include parking, a garden with outdoor furniture and a parasol, a barbecue, and an 8m² terrace on the first floor with a small garden lounge. The ground floor comprises a living/dining room with a sofa, armchair, flat-screen TV and DVD player, and a dining area. The kitchen is equipped with a 3-burner ceramic hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge/freezer, and a second small dining area. There is a separate WC.
Access to the upper floor via a spiral staircase: one bedroom with a double bed (140x190cm), one bedroom with two single bunk beds (90x190cm). Bathroom with shower (90x90cm) and washbasin. Laundry room with washing machine. A power line runs 50m from the house, without causing any visual disturbance. Bed linen and towels are available upon request. Pets are welcome free of charge.
