Nartelle Beach

East of Sainte-Maxime, the Nartelle beach is a long sandy beach ideal for children with an exceptional setting.

Good spot for windsurfing, surfing and bodyboarding when the wind is from the East.

Two areas along the municipality's coastline are open to dogs year-round, namely:

the city centre dog beach: this is a section of the city centre beach located opposite the Préconil bridge; ;
the land-based part of Pointe des Sardinaux (except July/August): this natural site (Sensitive Natural Area) is a space for exchanges for many dogs.

On the beaches of the City Centre (with the exception of the aforementioned area), Oursins, Nartelle, Garonnette and the southern end of Pointe des Sardinaux, they are prohibited all year round.

Dogs must be kept on a leash and their waste must be picked up. Guide dogs and assistance dogs are allowed on all beaches.

The first aid station will be open from June 12 to September 13, 2026. Opening hours: from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. in June and September, and from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. in July and August.
