Coastal path: L'Argentière / Fort de Brégançon
About
From L'Argentière to Fort de Brégançon, an 18 km round trip hike through a picture-postcard landscape of beaches, coves, vineyards and hills.
This hike offers an immersion in varied landscapes, combining vineyards, vast sandy beaches, wild coves and breathtaking views of the Fort de Brégançon.
The route starts at the eastern end of Argentière beach and follows yellow markers. It crosses Pellegrin beach and Estagnol beach before reaching the vicinity of Fort de Brégançon.
Along the way, you can admire fine sandy beaches with crystal clear waters, explore unspoiled coves, drive alongside the vineyards of the Côtes de Provence AOC and enjoy exceptional views of the islands of Porquerolles and Port-Cros from the coastline.
The highlights of this hike include the opportunity to end your walk with a magnificent sunset on Pellegrin beach, to swim or refresh yourself along the way, as well as to picnic on the beaches or enjoy a meal in one of the seaside restaurants (open seasonally).
