Guided tour - Ollioules through time
About
You can admire the Romanesque church of Saint-Laurent, as well as the medieval alleyways and facades adorned with porches and arcades. In the Renaissance quarter, the famous Provençal plasterwork will reveal all its secrets.
Next, you will visit the Nougat Jonquier artisanal factory. You will learn more about this delicious confection, its history, and have the opportunity to watch a nougat-making demonstration. Finally, you will be able to taste the different types of nougat on offer: white, dark, hard, and soft.
