About
Nestled in the heart of Green Provence, Blacailloux has been working for over a century to honor and preserve the legacy of Marguerite Chamoin, who planted the first vines in 1917.
Today, his granddaughters, the fourth generation, are taking over this preserved gem, driven by strengthened ambitions for environmental commitment.
The estate's winery, inaugurated in 2014, is a modern and innovative production facility, featuring a green roof, photovoltaic panels, and a hydroponic greenhouse, designed to continue the history of Blacailloux. Built with raw and noble materials, the winery blends into its surroundings with strength and simplicity.
Their philosophy is to intervene as little as possible in the natural process, allowing the vine to work its magic and express its raw beauty. Located at an altitude of over 350 meters on the slopes of the Sainte Baume massif, their vines flourish in a climate rich in contrasts and under a pronounced temperature range, which intensifies the aromas of their wines and gives them that extra touch of freshness.
A combination of factors gives vibrant whites and rosés, and creates, in the reds, that tension which blends elegantly with aromas of black fruits or spices.
Come and discover all their wines in the elegant and warm setting of their sales and tasting cellar.
