Domaine de la Brillane

Avec ces 14 hectares de vignes qui font face à la Sainte-Victoire, le Domaine de la Brillane est situé à proximité du centre d’Aix-en-Provence.

The domain
Its terroir, located on the soils of Trévaresse at an altitude of 400 meters, provides the ideal conditions for the production of fresh, delicate and elegant wines, whether white, rosé or red.

The wines
A pioneer in the region, this estate is distinguished by its predominant production of red wines. A range of rosé and white wines completes the assortment.
They come from different grape varieties, 11 in total, offering a great diversity in the blends: Syrah, Grenache, Mourvèdre, Cabernet-Sauvignon, Carignan, Counoise, Cinsault, Rolle, Sauvignon Blanc, Clairette and Muscat-Petit-Grain.
Some of the vines on the estate are over 70 years old.

Philosophy
The estate has had a strong environmental commitment for over 20 years, with organic farming certification (Ecocert) since 2004.
Its watchword is respect: the harvest is exclusively manual and the winemaking is done with care and rigor in a perpetual search for quality.
Alcoholic fermentations are carried out with indigenous yeasts.
