The winegrowers of Pierrefeu

One of the oldest cooperatives in the department and a flagship winery of the Pierrefeu vineyard. Almost 100 years after its creation, the Pierrefeu Winegrowers' Cellar has lost none of its dynamism.

The Vignerons de la cave de Pierrefeu is one of the oldest cooperatives in the department. The cooperative winery was founded in 1921 in the heart of the village.
With over 150 members and a quality vineyard, the cooperative has evolved to support the development of the Provençal wine region. It produces high-quality French wines, including no fewer than fourteen different cuvées, including AOC, Vin de Pays des Maures, and table wines. Among all the Côtes de Provence AOC wines produced by the cooperative, "La Cuvée des Coteaux" undoubtedly best represents the expertise of the Pierrefeu winemakers.

The wines:
* Cuvée des Coteaux Rouge: frequently awarded medals at the Brignoles de Saint Tropez competition. Beautiful aromas of red fruits, blackcurrant and violet, characteristic of Syrah, with subtle spicy notes.

* Cuvée des Coteaux Rosé: The flagship wine of the Pierrefeu winery, as it has existed for over 40 years. Highly prized by the general public and winning numerous awards every year.

* Prestige red: A cuvée that is both powerful and elegant. Best enjoyed young with game birds, a stew, or a blue cheese.

* Cuvée Château Bauvais - Côtes de Provence rosé: Pale pink color, crystalline reflections, lots of minerality.
Nose with citrus notes, full, round, smooth and fresh on the palate.
