We want to make each dish a personal encounter. At Jardin de Berne, these discoveries continue throughout the journey that leads you to this haven of tranquility. Each plate is unique, reflecting the personality of our guests. We have learned to respect what nature provides, from farm to rotisserie and from garden to plate. To get closer to the true essence of the product, we prioritize short supply chains and produce from our own estate.
