About
The reds, made from Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Merlot grapes, grow on often very stony slopes. Our white 100% Rolle is imbued with the character of this terroir. The rosés, from sandier, sun-drenched terroirs, bring their finesse thanks to Grenache, Rolle, Cinsault, and Syrah. Among our 1,000 olive trees, come and discover our green, fruity olive oils. Six single-varietal oils await tasting: Araban, Picholine, Amygdalolia, Bouteillan, Cailletier, and Cayet Roux. Visits are by appointment, and we welcome groups (fee applies) by appointment.
