The Commandery of Peyrassol is the fabulous setting for a collection of remarkable monumental works of art!
In the heart of the vineyards, at the bend of a path, amidst a landscaped meadow, monumental sculptures by Jean Dubuffet, César, Arman, Bernar Venet, Antoni Tàpies, Rotraut, Huang Yong Ping, Vasarely, Niki de Saint Phalle... and many other prestigious artists enhance this site where wine is cultivated. A hundred works of art to discover with wonder.
The highlight of this tribute to contemporary art, the Commanderie de Peyrassol opened an art center in May 2016, a space created by the architect Charles Berthier, intended to house works from the permanent collection as well as temporary exhibitions (only in guided tours).
